The Yealink DD10K is a DECT USB dongle that lets a SIP-T41S or SIP-T42S desk phone work as a handset in a Yealink DECT system after pairing with a Yealink W60B DECT IP base station.
It is plug and play. Yealink specifies firmware 66.82.0.35 on the T41S and T42S.
