SonarNext delivers to addresses in Australia only. All prices and delivery
charges on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.
What delivery costs
Delivery is calculated from the weight and size of your order and is shown
in the cart and at checkout before you pay. One delivery charge applies per
order — we weigh the whole order together rather than charging per item.

The same rates apply to every Australian state and territory, including
regional and remote addresses.
Bulky but light items
Carriers charge for the space a parcel occupies as well as its weight, so we
charge on whichever is greater: the item’s actual weight, or its cubic weight.
Cubic weight is the parcel’s volume in cubic metres multiplied by 250. A large,
light carton is therefore charged on its size. The figure used is always shown
to you at checkout before you pay.
Where we do not hold a weight or dimensions for an item, we charge it as if
it were 3 kg.
Free delivery
There is no free-delivery threshold. If a promotion offers free delivery,
its conditions will be stated with the promotion.
When your order is dispatched
Items shown as In stock are dispatched from our supplier’s
warehouse. We do not promise same-day dispatch or publish a same-day cutoff;
dispatch timing is confirmed as the order is processed.
Items shown as Available to order are not held in stock.
Dispatch is typically 3–7 business days and is confirmed after you order.
If we find the lead time will be materially longer than that, we will contact
you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Some products are quote only and cannot be bought through
the checkout. Request a quote and we will confirm price, availability and lead
time in writing before anything is charged.
Orders held for a payment or fraud review are not dispatched until the

Delivery times
Delivery time is the carrier’s transit time after dispatch and is separate
from the dispatch time above. Metropolitan addresses are normally quicker than
regional and remote addresses. We use Australia Post and StarTrack. Delivery
typically takes up to 7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided
where it is included with the carrier service.
Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are responsible for getting your
order to the carrier promptly; once it is with the carrier, transit is subject
to the carrier’s network.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses in Australia. PO Boxes and
Parcel Lockers are accepted only where the product and carrier service support
them. A signature is required. If nobody is present, the carrier may leave
collection instructions or arrange another delivery attempt.
Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If an order is
returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you
to arrange redelivery, which may be charged again.
Damaged, lost or wrong deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or is not what you ordered,
contact us as soon as you can and keep the packaging. We will arrange a
replacement, a repair or a refund. This does not limit your rights under the
