A back-of-hand wearable Bluetooth barcode scanner for warehouse picking, freezers and dock work.
It uses Zebra’s SE55 advanced-range 1D/2D imager, which reads barcodes from close range up to 12.2 m (40 ft) away, even when scratched, dirty or under shrink-wrap. It connects over Bluetooth 5.2 and pairs by NFC. It has a removable, swappable 480 mAh battery. It weighs 76 g and operates at 0 to 50 °C.
The RS6100 shares trigger assemblies, batteries and mounts with the RS5100.
