What does an IT health check cover?
We review the parts of your environment that keep daily work moving: network equipment, Wi-Fi, cabling, comms rooms, servers, cloud services, devices, backups, licences, documentation and asset lifecycle. The scope is agreed first so the review stays relevant to your business and sites.
What do we receive at the end?
You receive a plain-English findings report, an overview of the current environment and a prioritised roadmap. It separates urgent faults, quick improvements, upcoming lifecycle work and longer-term projects so you can plan effort and budget sensibly.
Can you audit a warehouse or regional site?
Yes. We audit offices, warehouses, farms and multi-site environments across metro and regional Australia. Physical infrastructure and Wi-Fi usually require a site visit; documentation, cloud services and device records can often be reviewed remotely.
Do we need to become a managed IT client?
No. The health check can stand alone. You own the report and can use it internally, give it to your current provider or ask SonarNext to quote selected improvements.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the number of sites, users and systems involved. We confirm the scope, access requirements, timing and deliverables before work starts, so there are no surprises.
